At Stash-Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
